Description

  • Stainless steel monoblock gear pump specially designed for chemical process applications in the industrial sector.
  • The helical gears allow a smoother and quieter operation of the pump.
  • It is a self-priming pump. That is to say, with the installation empty, the pump is able to aspirate the liquid causing a vacuum pressure in the suction pipe.
  • Specially designed for chemical process applications, up to 150ºC depending on materials of construction.
  • Versatility of construction materials for total adaptation to the transfer fluid and/or the environment.
  • Suitable for transferring a wide variety of fluids such as alcohols, bases, solvents, acids, oils and many more.
  • Compact monoblock construction with rigid coupling of the pump shaft to the end of the motor shaft, clamped by means of a flange.
  • Possibility of installation in explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX directives.
  • Sealing solution by means of:
    • Inner mechanical seal, which adapts to the most demanding applications thanks to its versatility of construction materials and independent direction of rotation.
    • Radial shaft lip seal with stainless steel outer metal shell and PTFE sealing lip.
  • The assembly can optionally be mounted on a baseplate, on demand. This makes it much easier to place in the final destined installation.
