Chemical process monoblock centrifugal pump

Monoblock centrifugal process pump built to ISO 2858 standards, offering compact, energy-efficient performance for chemical applications and confined spaces.

Description

Description

  • Monoblock centrifugal process pump, with hydraulics according to ISO 2858 (DIN 24256).
  • High efficiency and low energy consumption, with very low NPSH.
  • This is the monoblock version, with the pump shaft coupled to the motor shaft end by means of a rigid coupling. Standard flange-mounted motor. A support leg is fitted to ensure the stability of the assembly.

If you prefer a bare shaft or bedplate mounted process pump, we have that as well!

  • Adaptation of a wide variety of internal mechanical seals, in accordance with EN 12756.
  • Versatility of construction materials for total adaptation to the transfer fluid and/or the environment. From structural parts to sealing elements such as elastomers and the mechanical seal.
  • With this monoblock version, a considerable reduction in size and weight is obtained, which facilitates the installation of the pump in reduced spaces. In addition, its economic cost is lower than that of the bedplate equipment, by comparison.
  • Possibility of vertical or inclined assembly of the unit.
