Description
- Bare shaft gear pump, mounted on a baseplate with a electric motor attached with an elastic coupling.
- The helical gears allow a smoother and quieter operation of the pump.
- It is a self-priming pump. That is to say, with the installation empty, the pump is able to aspirate the liquid causing a vacuum pressure in the suction pipe.
- The design integrates a safety valve in the gear casing that is capable of relieving the pressure in case the working limits are exceeded.
- Suitable for transferring fuel oils, lubricants, animal or vegetable fats and others.
- The series is available in EL-Bare shaft without motor (R-EL) or SB-On basepalte with an electic motor attached with an elastic coupling (R-EL SB)
- Sealing solution by means of a mechanical seal or lip seals depending on the model, in accordance with the application.
- The SB-On baseplte version with motor includes a bare shaft gear pump mounted on a sturdy metal sheet baseplate with its motor attached by means of a properly protected felxible coupling.
- Lastly, the R-EL (SB) series can be installed in explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX directives.
