Description
- Vertical multistage electric pump for high temperatures, up to 130°C. Specially designed for feeding water boilers.
- The pump is equipped with flanged offline ports.
- Compact, monobloc design with rigid coupling to a standard high-efficiency motor, in accordance with IEC standards.
- Impellers are made of 316 stainless steel, offering superior rigidity and excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and limescale buildup thanks to their outstanding chemical properties. The pump casing is constructed from 304 stainless steel, while the suction base and discharge casing are made of GG-25 grey cast iron.
- The impellers are equipped with drag cores to enhance mechanical strength and, consequently, improve hydraulic efficiency.
- Very quiet operation, achieved through a shaft supported at four evenly distributed points along the assembly.
- The unit is equipped with 2RS deep-groove ball bearings, lubricated for life.
- It features a bellows mechanical seal, independent of rotation direction, in compliance with EN 12756.
- Suction and discharge ports:
- For VM-U 10 models, 1 1/2″ G suction port; 1 1/4″ G discharge port.
- For VM-U 16 models, both ports 1 1/2″ G.
- For VM-U 20 models, 2″ G suction port; 1 1/2″ G discharge port.
