Gear pump for thermal fluid\/heat transfer fluid installations, up to 350\u00baC.<\/b><\/li>\n
The helical gears<\/span><\/a> allow a smoother and quieter operation of the pump.<\/li>\n
It is a self-priming pump.<\/strong> That is to say, with the installation empty, the pump is able to aspirate the liquid causing a vacuum pressure in the suction pipe.<\/li>\n
The design integrates a built-in safety valve<\/strong> in the gear casing that is capable of relieving the pressure in case the working limits are exceeded.<\/li>\n
It is suitable for any heat transfer fluid application<\/strong> in the industry up to temperatures of 350\u00baC.<\/strong> It facilitates the assembly of subcircuits<\/strong> due to its flow rate adjustment<\/strong>, what represents a significant energy saving.<\/strong><\/li>\n
It is a monoblock<\/strong> version with a standard IEC motor mounted by rigid coupling between the pump shaft and the motor shaft end, and fastened by means of a flange. This ensures optimum alignment of the equipment.<\/li>\n
In addition, the assembly is supported at up to four<\/strong> different points, consisting of three deep groove ball bearings and a front bearing that, apart from providing stability to the shaft, also acts as a fluid restrictive ring.<\/strong><\/li>\n
Mechanical seal NV-2 Type<\/span><\/a>, according to EN12756 standards, with independent direction of rotation.<\/li>\n
A finned heatsink casing<\/strong> has been designed to considerably reduce the working temperature of the pump in the area of the mechanical seal and bearings.<\/li>\n
Ideal for VFD<\/span><\/a> operation,<\/strong> as it ensures that the assembly is not misaligned as it is a completely solid shaft.<\/li>\n
Possibility of installation in explosive atmosphere in accordance with ATEX<\/strong> directives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
