Chemical process<\/strong> gear pump<\/strong> with stainless steel materials for the industrial sector.<\/li>\n
The helical gears<\/span><\/a> allow a smoother and quieter operation of the pump.<\/li>\n
It is a self-priming pump.<\/strong> That is to say, with the installation empty, the pump is able to aspirate the liquid causing a vacuum pressure in the suction pipe.<\/li>\n
The pump is mounted on a baseplate and attached to a IEC standard electric motor by means of a simple elastic coupling.<\/li>\n
Specially designed for chemical process applications, up to 300\u00baC<\/strong> depending on materials of construction (o-rings, gaskets and mechanical sealing).<\/li>\n
Great versatility of construction materials<\/strong> (structural parts, gears, sealing elements) for total adaptation to the transfer fluid and\/or the environment.<\/li>\n
Suitable for transferring a wide variety of fluids<\/strong> such as alcohols, bases, solvents, acids, oils and many more.<\/li>\n
The pump allows the installation of mechanical seals according to EN12756.<\/strong> Internal component seals or external solutions with single or double cartridge can be mounted, allowing the installation of API plans<\/strong> to modify the mechanical seal environment in order to prevent or reduce a future failure of the mechanical seal.<\/li>\n
The unit integrates a heating\/cooling chamber<\/strong> in the mechanical seal area. In addition, other solutions are available for heating the gear casing by means of external electric heating devices.<\/li>\n
This series of pumps can be equipped with a VFD<\/strong> to adjust the performance to the end customer’s requirements.<\/li>\n
Possibility of installation in explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX<\/strong> directives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
