Models with mechanical seal.

Models CHE – M and CHE – M185 for characteristics up to 20 and 60 m3 / h and 25 and 45 mts.

The elements in contact with the pumped fluid are made exclusively of polypropylene (PPS) and molded of robust thickness.

The sealing system is by mechanical seal with stationary hoop in high hardness alumina.

For the transfer of charged or crystallized fluids, the face of the rotating seal is in Sicilian carbide.

The seal membrane and all the joints are designed to resist acids and made of special VITON B.

Models with magnetic transmission

CHEM – ML and CHEM – MC models for characteristics up to 10 and 45 m3/h and 12 and 30 mts.

Building:

CHEM – ML → The elements in contact with the pumped fluid are made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS).

Maximum working temperature: 100 ºC.

CHEM – MC → The elements in contact with the pumped fluid are made exclusively of molded Polypropylene (PP) of robust thickness.

Maximum working temperature: 100 ºC ,.

Absolute tightness by magnetic drag. Magnets of great dimension to ensure a perfect drag.

Silicon carbide shaft with antifriction contribution for better guarantee in case of poor lubrication.

Membrane of separation without metallic effort to avoid risk of overheating by current of Foucault.
